By using LaundryDrop services or the laundrydrop.co website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

LaundryDrop provides laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery services in Collin County, TX. Service availability is subject to your zip code and current scheduling capacity.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed at the time of scheduling. Payment is processed when your order is completed. First-order discounts are applied automatically. All prices are in USD.

Garment care

We follow care label instructions on all garments. By using our service, you confirm that items submitted are suitable for machine washing and drying. LaundryDrop is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed delicate fabrics, pre-existing damage, or items not suitable for the washing process.

If you have specific care instructions, note them when scheduling. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them.

Liability

Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the lesser of the item's documented value or $50 per item, up to $200 per order. We are not liable for items left in pockets, jewelry, or items of exceptional value submitted without prior written notice.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a pickup up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no charge. Cancellations after that window may incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit items that are hazardous, contaminated, or that contain illegal substances. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
