How do I know if my rug is machine-washable?
Check the care label on the back. If it says machine wash or hand wash, we can handle it. Silk, hand-knotted wool, or dry-clean-only rugs need a specialist — we'll let you know before we accept the order.
Will the colors bleed or fade?
We test colorfastness before the full wash. If a rug bleeds on the test spot, we'll stop and contact you before doing anything irreversible.
Can you remove pet urine odor?
Yes, in most cases. Full immersion with an enzymatic treatment reaches the backing — where odor actually lives. Surface steam cleaning doesn't get there. We can't guarantee full removal on rugs with years of saturation, and we'll tell you that before we start.

Silk, hand-knotted wool, antique, or dry-clean-only rugs need a specialist. We'll confirm your rug is machine-washable before accepting the order.
How long does rug cleaning take?
Most rugs are cleaned and returned in 48 hours. Large or heavily soiled rugs may take up to 72 hours to dry fully.
Do you clean both sides?
Yes. Full immersion wash treats both the pile and the backing — which is where pet odor and deep soil actually live.
What size rugs do you clean?
We clean all standard area rug sizes — from small accent rugs up to large 8x10 and 9x12 rugs. Contact us for oversized or runner rugs.
How is area rug cleaning priced?
Area rug cleaning is priced at $0.80 per square foot. A 5x8 rug is $32. An 8x10 is $64. Price includes pickup and delivery.
What rug types do you clean?
We clean wool, synthetic, polypropylene, and cotton area rugs. Persian, Oriental, and hand-knotted rugs should be taken to a specialty cleaner — contact us if you're unsure.
