Your first pickup, explained.
Handing your laundry to someone you've never met feels a little weird at first. Here's exactly what happens — from the moment you schedule to the moment it's back at your door.
Schedule your pickup
Pick a date and a time window — morning (8 am–12 pm) or afternoon (12 pm–5 pm). You'll get a confirmation text right away and another 30 minutes before your driver arrives.
Set your wash preferences once — water temp, detergent type, drying method — and they save to your account for every future order.
No minimum. No membership. Order when you need it.
Confirmation text
You don't need to do anything else.
Bag it up
On your first order, use any bag you have at home — a trash bag, a duffel, whatever. We'll include your LaundryDrop bags with your first delivery.
After that, you have two sizes: the Solo Bag (~20 lbs, $55) for 1–2 people and the Family Bag (~25–30 lbs, $75) for families. Stuff them full — flat price either way.
Delicates or special items? Keep them in a separate labeled bag and mention it when you schedule.

You don't need to be home
Most pickups happen without the customer home. Leave your bag at the front door, a covered porch, back gate, or apartment leasing office. Add pickup notes when you schedule and your driver follows them exactly.
Keep it consistent
Use the same spot every order — drivers get to know your location.
Go for covered
A covered spot protects your bag on rainy pickup days.
Leave a note
A sticky note on the door helps if you've moved the bag.
While we have your laundry
Your laundry goes to one of our three McKinney locations and into commercial machines. Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Express 24-hour service is available on request.
- —Sorted by color and fabric — whites always separate
- —Washed to your saved preferences
- —Pockets checked before washing
- —Professionally dried and folded
- —Packaged drawer-ready for delivery
It comes back to your door
You'll get a text when your order is on the way. No need to be home — your driver drops it at the same spot. Your laundry arrives folded, sealed, and ready for the drawer.
From your dashboard you can reorder in one tap or set a recurring weekly schedule so it just happens automatically.
There's no single right way to use it.
Weekly recurring
Most customers schedule a standing weekly pickup. You set it once, we show up every week. Same time, same spot — just like your pool cleaner or lawn service. Your bag fills up through the week and disappears Monday morning.
When the pile takes over
You let it go for two weeks. It happens. A full Saturday of laundry is staring you down. Send it all — we have commercial machines and a team that processes large orders every day. Two hours of your Saturday, reclaimed.
Before and after guests
House guests mean extra sheets, towels, and linens. Schedule a pickup the day they arrive and a pickup the day they leave. You're hosting — not doing laundry.
After vacation
Getting home from vacation is hard enough. A suitcase full of dirty laundry makes it worse. Schedule a pickup for the day after you land. Your laundry is back and folded before you've fully unpacked.
The busy week rescue
Work went sideways. Kids have three activities this week. Laundry isn't happening. One text and it's handled. Use it like a get-out-of-jail-free card when you just don't have the bandwidth.
