Do I need a bag before my first order?
No. Use any bag you have at home — a trash bag, a duffel, whatever. We'll include your LaundryDrop bags in your first delivery.
What if my bag weighs more than 20 lbs?
Stuff it full. We're not going to weigh it and charge you extra. The flat price is the flat price.

Questions about pricing.
Can I mix bag types in one order?
Yes. You can order multiple bags in a single pickup — a Solo Bag and a Family Bag together, or multiple of the same. Each bag is priced individually.
What if I have delicates or special items?
Keep them in a separate bag and label it. If you mention it when scheduling, we'll note it for your driver. Stain treatment is available on request.
