My gym clothes still smell after I wash them. Can you fix that?
Yes. Synthetic fabrics trap sweat in the fiber weave — a hot wash with standard detergent sets the smell in rather than removing it. We use cold water, sport-appropriate detergent, and an enzyme soak for persistent odor. No fragrance added.
Will hot water or a regular dryer damage my technical gear?
Yes — that's exactly the problem with home washing. High heat breaks down moisture-wicking and compression properties over time. We use cold water wash and low-heat drying for synthetics by default.
Can I add regular clothes to the same order?
Yes. We sort by fabric type. Your technical gear gets the right settings; your cotton items get theirs. One bag, no issues.

Do you use fragrance-free detergent?
On request, yes. Set it as a preference in your account and we'll apply it to every order.
Can you handle triathlon or cycling gear?
Yes. Chamois and lycra are handled with cold water, no fabric softener (it damages wicking), and low heat. Mention it when you schedule if you have specific care instructions.
What about compression gear — will it stretch out?
No. Cold water wash and low-heat drying preserve compression fabric. The elastic degrades faster from hot water than from washing frequency.
How do you wash athletic wear?
We use lower water temperatures and gentle cycles for synthetic fabrics like polyester, spandex, and nylon. No fabric softener on technical fabrics — it degrades moisture-wicking properties.
Can I mix gym clothes with my regular laundry?
Yes — gym clothes can go in your standard Solo or Family bag. If you have specific preferences for your athletic wear, note them when scheduling and we'll separate them.
Do you handle compression gear and sports bras?
Yes. We wash compression garments inside-out on a gentle cycle to preserve elasticity and wick performance.
